Steph MacRae
After beginning her career in rural acute medicine and emergency care, Steph MacRae went on to work in team leadership, education, geriatric palliative care, and administration. Today, she brings over 20 years of nursing experience to her new role as Medical Operations Lead at INLIV. Wearing many hats, including those of a Licensed Practical Nurse, Phlebotomist, Administration/Coordinator, and Leader. As a ‘people person,’ she puts a priority on having open, honest, and transparent communication to build solid, positive connections with clients and coworkers. Steph always jumps in to help when she can because she wants to be a valuable member of her team. She has been described as kind-hearted, fun, and supportive, with positive energy.
