UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who donated and attended our 21st annual Train the Trainer event! Together we raised over $14,800 in support of the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. We’re so grateful for your generosity. Check out a few of the highlights here.
Join us for our annual Train the Trainer event on Friday, October 25, 2019 in support of the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation.
As the official fundraising body for the Alberta Children’s Hospital, all money raised by the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation is re-invested to provide kids with the best family-centred care possible, right in our own community. One of those kids was our own President and CEO, Vince Danielsen. Diagnosed with non-Hodgkins lymphoma at the age of 14, Vince received treatment at the Alberta Children’s Hospital, and developed a life-long desire to give back to this amazing facility. Over the many years that Train the Trainer has directed fundraising efforts to the Alberta Children’s Hospital, we have raised over $300,000 for essential programs, equipment, and services.
During this 2-hour event, our clients and friends get to exact revenge on the INLIV personal trainers by challenging them to 5 minute sessions of whatever gruelling exercise they want. Each 5 minute session is purchased with a $50 donation to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Over the past 20 years, Train the Trainer has raised over $300,000 for local charities.
While our trainers sweat it out, clients, guests and visitors can relax and enjoy food and drinks. There will also be a $5 spin-to-win wheel and auction of amazing prizes donated by local businesses.
Our trainers know that as hard as 120 minutes of insane exercise may be, it’s worth it to help ensure the best possible care for over 102,000 kids and families every year. We are extremely grateful to our friends and supporters.
To book your 5 minute session or to RSVP, click the button above or contact our Fitness Coordinator Makaeley at 403.538.8881 or fitnessreception@inliv.com.
